We recognise our responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.<\/p>\n          <h3>2. Our Organisation<\/h3>\n          <p>Iconium EUK Ltd, manufacturer of outdoor lighting solutions<\/p>\n          <p>Although we are not legally required to publish a modern slavery statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (as our turnover is below \u00a336 million), we voluntarily publish this statement to demonstrate our commitment to ethical practices.<\/p>\n          <h3>3. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment<\/h3>\n          <p>We assess potential risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains by:<\/p>\n          <ul>\n            <li>Conducting supplier assessments and requiring compliance with our ethical standards.<\/li>\n            <li>Ensuring that all recruitment is carried out by reputable agencies or directly by us.<\/li>\n            <li>Reviewing our supply chain relationships regularly.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n          <h3>5.
